Perfect gift for Mom
This is the perfect gift for someone who doesn't like to cook. The quality is excellent (eggcellent? ha!) and it's really nice looking, so it's practical and special. I bought it for my mom, who is having a hard time adjusting to cooking for just herself. She is going to love it!

Even my boyfriend will eat eggs now
We love the stoneware microwave egg maker so much! Our favorite breakfast to create with this is an egg "McMuffin." So many variations are possible, the egg cooks up in a flash, fluffy tender and flavorful. No more take out breakfast for us! It's a winner. And nice to look at, too!

Excellent product
I love to cook an egg quickly in the microwave and is by far the best cooker I've used. Much cheaper versions found on the internet, but you get what you pay for. The handle does not get hot after a couple of eggs like the cheapies do.

It Works!
This little thing does exactly what I wanted it to -- cooks an egg or two without my having to get out a frying pan on the stove. I could not be more pleased with it, no spray necessary, just dump the egg in, poke the yolk, microwave it per the directions, and it slides right out -- and it washes up almost instantly. Too, too cool....

Bought this years ago and would buy again!
This egg maker is soooo easy and I love that it's not plastic, so I feel better using it in the microwave. My kids' most requested breakfast is a "round egg" made in this cooker!

Is the glaze lead free?
Verified reply from Andy
Hi! Since 1971, the Food and Drug Administration established and began enforcing limits on leachable lead in ceramics and tableware. If you purchased your dishes after that and they are made in the USA, they are safe to use.

Could you please print the instructions for the egg cooker? My paper with the instructions disappeared before I had a chance to use the product! Thank you!

Hello! These are the directions direct from the artist: Spray with non-stick spray. Crack one egg into baker and poke the yoke. Microwave for 40 to 50 seconds depending on your microwave. Slide egg out.

Can you add other ingredients to the egg for an omelet.
Verified reply from Amy
This is optimized for just cooking plain eggs, but we highly recommend our ceramic omelet maker as well: https://www.uncommongoods.com/product/45-second-omelet-maker

The Egg Maker works best cooking one egg at a time, but it's so speedy you'll still have breakfast done in a jiffy!

how does it work? are instructions shipped with it? how much water is used etc....
Verified reply from Melody
Using water is up to you! To use this item, just crack one egg into the maker and poke the yolk, cover, and microwave for 40-50 seconds for sunny side up. If that's not eggactly what you want, you can beat your egg before you pop it in the microwave and chop with a fork when it's done to get an eggcellent scrambled breakfast.
