As.a.gift, it was a hit with everyone!
I got the escape room as a shower gift for someone. The invitation requested gifts that would be fun for a date night. The wine bottle escape room, given with a bottle of wine, along with wine glasses received "oohs and aahs" from the bride to be, as well as from all guests. Many asked where I purchased it. I'll definitely be gifting this unique gift again!

Fun and challenging
This was a lot of fun for my in-laws, but they think they have the answer right and the lock won't open. If there was a way to get the code to save them, it'd be five stars.

Wine escape room
We love this! It took my husband a few days to get the code and our son-in-law was right after him. They both had fun. We used these for scotch as the whiskey ones were out of stock but it great! Would recommend these!!

Not Easy to Solve But Great

Harder than expected
This review is for the escape room puzzles specifically. They were harder than expected and took quite awhile. Don't expect this to be a quick activity. It's fun and worth it, but prepare to take your time.

She loved it!
My sister and I got this for one of our sisters, who loves wine and loves mysteries/escape rooms, so this was perfect. The construction was solid, and the mystery seemed pretty detailed and involved. There's also quite a lot of cards, so it's definitely not a short activity, but you actually have to spend time on it, which is perfect. No complaints! #sweepstakes

Love the idea, very difficult in actuality
Love the idea but for a game where you expect people to be drinking wine while playing the game, the problems you have to solve are very tough. I played this with family over the holidays and we actually had to pause halfway through the game and will likely be solving the second half on another holiday when I'm in town, as I do not live nearby. We are hoping that the wine I put inside the cage tastes amazing considering the amount of work we put into unlocking the cage. We still found it fun though and we are up for the challenge. #sweepstakes

Too complicated
We bought this for a game night at a friend's house. It required way more concentration and time than we wanted for a social situation.

Family fun at Christmas!
Game was more challenging than expected. But it turned out to be a really fun family challenge having a group of 6 adults work together to solve. It took us 2 tries. We had to use the hint cards a handful of times. I would make one suggestion. Include an extra copy of the game sheet. For the cost of the game the extra sheet to pass on the game would be a nice add on.

LOVE THIS !!
This is such a cool idea, i bought it for my father for christmas because he likes escape rooms and wine and I pre- put the bottle in there for him to open up. Make sure to take your time to lock it up so you don't mess anything up.
